Relaxation:
Why has man always been so fascinated by nature, what exactly happens to our mind to our brain and to our body as a whole, as soon as we are in the lap of nature.

Dont we kind of melt in to it.

Dont we become one with the massive sea, sound of the wave hammering the shore, sometimes slowly sometimes heavily, the sound of seagulls in the background.

Similarity when we go for hiking or spend some time in woods, the sound of wind blowing through the trees, birds chirping all around singing their own songs, a cuckoo far in the forest calling her lover. We will choose to be there anytime if given a choice.

We get tied to all that with some invisible thread, as if we are connected again to some loving source.

What an amazing feeling it is, which washes and cleanses us from deep within.

And what happens when we sleep there for a day or two, those sounds of nature go deep in our psyche and cleanse us from with-in like taking a bath with cold water on a hot summer day, and when we wake up in the morning, we are like am I the same person!, why didn’t i came here earlier.

Didn’t you always wanted to fly to a beach somewhere in remote and spend some time there, or fly to some exotic forest and spend days in there, but due to lack of time, money or being busy with life it became difficult to make it happen.

What-if if you can get the same feeling while you working, driving, cooking or even sleeping.

Mindfulness:

In mediation and mindfulness, we watch our thoughts and feelings, and as we practice we see mind slows down then again gathers speed, there are some moments of pure silence, but then again mind jumps back and given us so many worries and very “VALID” and “STRONG” reasons why we should be “THINKING” about them.

And after sometime we tell ourself i wish someone could remind me during my mediation session, so that i can refocus.

In the zen temples, the master has a stick and he can make out which disciple has fallen in the trap of mind, and he will gently hit him to nudge him and remind him to come back to their center.

What-if if you had the same setup in the palm of your hand, and you get repeated reminders to not fall in the trap, and come out immediately and come to your center.

That is what this app is for:

You can choose for how long you want to relax or meditate.

You can choose if you want frequent reminders in the form of bells, and how soon and how many.

You can also choose not to be reminded at all via bells, in case you just want to relax.

Let say you want to relax or meditate for 30 minutes, and want two intervals, which mean total three sections.

Best part is for these three sections you can choose the nature sound “of your choice”, and not only that you can choose “different sound” for each internal, like you choose

Birds for first 10 minutes and
Pure Silence for next 10 minutes, and
Sea waves for rest of the 10 minutes.

Also you can choose to select a start bell, bell for each interval and end bell, and yes they can be different, there is a long list of bells which you can choose from.

Plus there are many more nature sounds like fire, wind through trees, water stream.

You can also choose if you need a warm-up time.

Based on my personal experience if you mix Silence with nature sounds it will give very deep relaxation, you might get very deep relaxing moments, maybe which you never experienced in your life. Yes I mean it.
